Railway's PostgreSQL doesn't support the pgvector extension by default.

Is this something I need to contact support to enable?
Is there a database Add-ons that might support vector search through Railway?
Will I have to create a custom PostgreSQL instance for pgvector support?
Is there something I am missing?
