In my Threads section, I see everyone’s threads instead of just mine. Why would I want to see other people's posts in MY information? 
When I try to check my own messages, the page breaks and shows nothing but “The train has already left.” What kind of error is that? 
I'm tired of their constant email notifications. Always pushing me to buy something, but never actually solving real issues.
Their support system is inefficient. Slow, unhelpful, and full of vague responses. Why should I pay for this?
Their site is full of bugs. So many broken sections, missing features, and a complete lack of proper customer service.
Railway, you have so many key areas to improve. Instead of spamming emails, maybe fix your platform first?

Can you share with me a screen recording of when that happens. I believe you but this will help us really fix the issues that others are possibly dealing with.
The account that you are making these support queries under is under “Trial” so support is given best effort. From looking at all of our conversational history, we have been replying to you within 24 hours. Which is in line with our SLOs.
From your messages, I can tell you are frustrated because you had high expectations for us. For that, I am sorry, with that said, I think we have reached resolution for you on another thread.
Lastly, you can unsubscribe from emails within your account settings so we can stop disturbing your inbox.
