Railway says that my service is not deployed although it is

I can't see my current deployment, I get this message:
"There is no active deployment for this service."

But I can query my app's url without any issues. How can I fix this UI bug so that I can see my current live deployment?

I've started seeing this today too. The nodes in the UI show "Deploy failed" (which definitely happened), but then it doesnt update when the deploy succeeds. If I click on the node and up more details I can see the node is "Active". Refreshing the page doesn't help.
