I just noticed in my DMARC report that a few days ago [railway.app](railway.app) attempted to send emails from my personal domain.
What could have caused this?

railway itself will not attempt to send emails from your domain, could be an app you are running or something
The only service I have running at the moment is a postgres instance, nothing else has been deployed

alright but railway is not trying to send emails from your domain
