@inahus99 can you share more details about this? E.g. when is it happening? (while deploying? while the app is launching? after the app has been running for a while? etc)

Do you have healthchecks configured?

SIGTERM terms usually can happen if you limited the resources for that project. Since your logs shows your project connects to Mongo could be that too. Using mongo compass check if you have any issue connecting to the db, and check your Resource Limits.
