I am experiencing slowness in railway becaus eof region change for backend servicefrom oregon to california.Kindly help me to change that again to oregon as my db is of oregon

You should be able to switch back to oregon in the service settings, can you confirm if this is not possible?

Hello,
I will for sure let you know when it's resolved, but if this is business impacting, you may want to be on the Pro plan, the Hobby plan would not be suitable nor intended for business use cases, as this isn't an issue on the Pro plan.

Please resolve this ASAP, the entire application is impacted , we will ahve to check alternative service provider if this issue persists for more than an hr , as customers are not able to us eapplication now and its escalated issue
