railway trial usage issue

My railway $5 trial credits went from 5 -> 0 in a few hours when i had no services running (except a PostgreSQL db) and when i try to see my usage in the usage tab, it loads forever.

Exact same issue, no services running as everything is down, but just got a notification that my trial has ended after 1 hour and no services running!

^ had just deployed from github on a new project, came back an hour later to start working on build out and free trial usage went brrr with no logs for usage

Same happened to me. Deployed 5 days ago with >$4.50 remaining and got that message. Guessing it's related to these metrics and deployment issues. Hopefully they fix it.

Sorry you got caught up in this. We've since fixed the underlying issue related to the metrics outage we had and all should be well now. Can you try again and let me know what you find?
