do you have an exact time stamp of when your deployment went to the "removed" state?

Sadly I do not, but it is rougly one day that it goes fine, and other it does not. Yesterday at 4PM CEST it was working. Today i found out that it wasn't working at roughly 5PM CEST

just to be clear, your deployment will switch to the "removed" state without any intervention from you of any kind? you made no new deployments, variables changes, or anything of the sort?

Yes exactly, the active deployment goes to removed state without anything done from my side.

Okay thanks, I will be transparent here, you are the second person to report this behavior, the first person never got the issue solved because they couldn't provide an exact time stamp of when their deployment moved to the "removed" state.

so please try your best to get an accurate timestamp, "roughly 5PM CEST" won't cut it unfortunately

It seems like the app was running for 10 hours, then it stopped. I don't know the exact time. It was in the early morning at 4AM

Yes there is a record, which says deployment removed

I have reported this to the team, but without a timestamp I'm not sure how much can be done

Hi there! I have the exact same issue - all my services (Postgres+NextJS+NestJS) got removed every 24h or so. Additionally my Trial balances INCREASES from it. Yesterday I have $2.96 and today $3.17. Is it okay?
Does going to a paid plan will fix it?

@nikitawd Yes the exact same thing happens to me, but it's quite weird that it happens to you when you still have over a half of the starting 5$. In my case it started to do this, when I had almost approached the limit past the 1$.
