I am a hobby user and have an app, Motley Tones App, that has been running fine for months . Recently I tried deploying an updated version from my Apple M1 running Sequoia and after updating to the latest "railway" in my development environment, am now stuck.

Repeat by:
railway link
railway login

then execute
railway up

Result:
"Indexing" message that seems to run continuously without completing. I do not recall Indexing to take much time in the past.

I have searched the web for "railway.app Indexing hangs" and the like, but without joy. I suspect it is something basic, but I am not seeing the problem and am looking for help towards a next step to troubleshooting/solving this problem.
