railway up is not working (os error 5)

Hey, im trying to use railway up to redeploy this service localy, and i get this issue when running railway up.

Its in the right service, and the powershell is ran as admin. The project files are all in that folder

I would normally use github, but my github account is flagged for no reason, and i cant connect any oauth apps so i have to use this. Please help!

try this:

  1. delete the .railway folder in your user folder (its hidden, check C:\Users\YourName.railway)

  2. download a fresh railway cli from github releases

  3. railway login then railway link again
