I have a production environment I've been using for weeks that has just disappeared from the railway web interface. When I use the CLI I can still see it. However when I login on the website and then use railway open I end up with a 404 (see screenshot). When I browse to the app that is running in that production environment, the app is still up and functioning. I can even update the production app via git push > railway build > railway deploy.
What is strange (and maybe related) is that I have the production environment running in my brett_francis@me.com userID (as shown by CLI) but when I login using that email address, I am taken to a different account I was setting up for other work. That different account shows Account Settings I was creating using my brett.francis@me.com email address. See screenshot.
The only option I get for this post is "N/A" but I think this is related to the Railway web UI somehow.

Your account on file with us shows a single workspace ("Brett Francis's Projects") with no services, which aligns with what you're seeing in the web UI. It appears your project (breadb-production) exists under a different account tied to brett_francis@me.com (underscore), while the web dashboard is logging you into an account associated with brett.francis@me.com (dot). Since we only allow one account per person, you likely have two separate accounts and the CLI is authenticated to the one that owns the project while the browser is authenticated to the other. You can check active sessions and log out via Account Security Settings, then ensure you log into the web with the same account the CLI uses.

I've already logged out of the brett.francis@me.com (aka. dot) account multiple times, but when I login using the underscore account I keep getting redirected to the dot account. With my trial ending soon, I was getting ready to upgrade my underscore account to the non-trial version but can't with this happening.

We do not redirect to different accounts. Please log in with the correct email address.

I understand that redirections were not expected - but I think I figured out what was up. When I was able to use my passkey for the underscore account - I ended up in the correct Railway Account. When I used the username and password of the underscore account for some reason I ended up in my dot account. I have now since deleted my non-Passkey login. Will keep poking around to see what I can learn more about this. But at least I am not getting 404's anymore.
