Railway website isn't opening without VPN

Dear Railway team
I'm from Palestine, I was using Railway properly three days ago. Today I tried to open the site, but it's not opening anymore. I used a VPN, and then it opened properly. Did you block the site for the Palestinian users?

The issue occurs for the server only. Not the website I'm developing

No we did not, your ISP is likely putting restrictions on the sites you visit, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you there.
