Railways Paid Hobby plan invoice but workspace still shows "Trial expired"

Paid for Hobby plan today (Jun 30, 2026) — invoice #3W9AOA4L-0003, $5.00, paid in full, $0 remaining, confirmed via Stripe receipt to my account email.

However my workspace still shows "Trial expired" / "Upgrade now," and my project ID: xxxx-xxxx-96a1-5074c401ed3b) shows 0/2 services online. Both my Agent and Postgres services remain paused. Logged out/back in with the correct account email, no change.

Need this resolved — services are blocking my production launch.

Your $5 payment on invoice 3W9AOA4L-0003 settled an outstanding balance from a previous billing cycle, but it did not reactivate your subscription. The subscription was cancelled due to non-payment, and paying the old invoice clears the debt without restarting the plan. To get your services back online, you'll need to resubscribe to the Hobby plan from your workspace billing settings.

Hi Railway team,

My invoice expired before I could complete the payment.

Now when I try to pay, Stripe is asking me to contact support and I’m unable to proceed.

Could you please reopen or regenerate the invoice so I can complete the payment?
