Hello,

I am trying to deploy a very vanilla Rails/Postgres app to a staging and production environment and I have hit the 25 Service/Day limit.

I believe I have only hit this bcause I was debugging an initial Terraform setup which caused a lot of creation and destruction in a short space of time over a few runs. I don't intend to run more than a couple of services in steady state operation.

Could I get the limits raised? Thank you!
