We hit the 20-volume cap:

"You can only have 20 volumes per project"

Each service needs its own persistent volume (one per customer machine). We cannot provision the next machine until the cap is raised. Existing services are fine.

Please raise this project's volume limit to 100. We already pay for usage. This is a count cap, not a storage ask.
