I can't do the login on my terminal
I'm typing "railway login" and is now working I get "? Open the browser? (Y/n)" but then the command seems to be over, then when it works i open the browser authorize but then it does not move forward

Try using railway login --browserless instead. This displays a pairing code and URL. Visit the URL and enter the code to authenticate.
