RAM allowance on PRO Plan

I passed recently to the PRO plan. The specs of the PRO plan say: Up to 42 replicas, at 24 vCPU / 24 GB RAM per replica but my app crashes with OOM when reaching 8GB of RAM usage. Why? Should not be 24GB?
