I have already removed one of my services and there was no data left. However, I am curious because it still seems to be using RAM and is increasing the charge. I don't understand why this is happening!

I'm wondering why the deletion process is taking so long. Is there a specific reason for this delay?
I've noticed that the RAM usage is increasing, which shouldn't be happening. This is making me worried.
Recently, I migrated some old data and even though there were only a few table, they seem to be using a lot of RAM. I'm unable to understand why this is happening.
Can you provide me with any guidelines or documentation regarding RAM usage? Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
