I'm constantly being rate limited using the railway CLI. Since the initial rate limit, I've gone out of my way to use it sparingly, but it still blocks me after only a few commands. It's also blocking the graphql endpoint. I'm using claude code, it ran a bunch of commands in the background that I missed while trying to watch a deployment. So the initial rate limit is probably warranted. It's been 2 days though and the rate limit is still mostly active (It will let me sneak in a few commands here and there before limiting me again)
