RDS connection requests not coming from static IP provided by railway

Hi.

We have a static ip set to our backend via settings panel.

We run our postgres in AWS RDS.

Yet the connections are not coming from this static ip of our backend.

I want to restrict the access to our backend IP, but now I am unsure what to use

Did you redeploy the service after assigning the static IP?

would it help to show you the ip that is actually connecting? or better not here?

It wouldn't help me personally, I don't work for Railway so there's nothing I can do using that IP

I did some testing and can't reproduce unfortunately, the static outbound IP reflects for my service
