I am on hobby plan and since the change to metal I have set for new deployments to use west Europe.
I have a project with a web app with an attached volume and a mysql Db with its atatched volume. I can move other things to the new west Europe region but not these with the attached volumes it seems - How can I move them to another region and so that they are on Metal?

To add, I appreciate this below is in the FAQ notes, which I do have in the fact that my Oregon based service references a database with a volume... but I want to move both of these services to Europe west?
"For services in US West (Oregon), Railway will not move your service to Railway Metal if your service references another service with a volume. This is to prevent any cross-regional networking latency spikes for your service. Refer to this FAQ for more information."
