React app can't build because sh 1 : react-scripts permissions denied

Hi there !

I've been trying to run a base react app in Railway since a while but it seems there are no way to make it work, every single react-app I create (even blank) end up throwing the following error :

sh: 1: react-scripts: Permission Denied
"npm run build" did not complete successfully

Anyone having the same issue ?

Please make sure you are not commiting your node_modules folder to GitHub.
