I never received any kind of clear guidance on how to recover from whatever it is happened to you.

I was playing with some n8n workflows just for fun, obviously everything is locked in there and i cant get it. Still unclear what i need to do to recover but everything 502s, what am i supposed to do to fix all of this, do i just kill the instance and lose whatever is not backed up?
