Really slow TLS times

I have a simple "Hello, World!" API with Go, and I am seeing really high TLS times in Instatus (the beta one) but it is extremely spikey, sometimes fast, sometimes extremely slow. I am seeing the exact same happening on my own browser too. (although less extreme)

TCP was also quite slow… maybe something to do with the proxy?
