Does the email mention the specific services/project/account?

My theory is you might have accidentally created 2 accounts, one being on trial and the other being on pro (just a hunch though)

Well I realized actually that says MySQL and im using Postgres

That kinda reinforces my thinking that it's on a secondary account of yours, you may be logged into your pro plan account right now and because of that you don't have the authorization to view wherever that volume is coming from

your accounts seem to be all over the place 😅

for future reference, you can make different workspaces without making new accounts by clicking the dropdown on your workspace title and clicking "+ New Workspace", it's a bit easier to manage than different accounts

Ok now that im logged into that other account, when i click the MySQL link in the email it leads to it
