Recent Railway outages

Hi Railway team,

There have been a number of outages recently that have impacted the applications we host with you (at least 3 I can think of in the last 2 weeks). In order for us to continue using Railway as a platform to build our business we are going to need to understand what you will be doing going forward to reduce the frequency of these outages. We would also like to read the RCA / postmortem relating to the recent outages - are these available somewhere?

We understand that sometimes problems are unavoidable but it is necessary to learn from them and wherever possible put measures in place to prevent them from happening again. I would like to see some evidence that Railway are doing this.

I would like to end by saying that I genuinely love your platform but we need to see that things are moving in the right direction regarding its stability.

We publish incident retrospectives on our status page and engineering postmortems on our blog. Our incident management process includes retrospectives at all severity levels. Full Root Cause Analysis reports are available to Enterprise customers.
