Currently facing issues accessing the website through the domain https://lostandfound.andrew.cmu.edu/. Would like to request a recheck of lost and found's TXT record without cycling the railway-verify code.

I'd just try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Unfortunately, if Railway changes the required DNS content, you'd need to update them accordingly.
