Hello Railway Support,
I paid $5 to activate/continue my Railway account, and the payment was charged to my Visa card. My Railway Usage page now shows $5.00 Credits Available, but my workspace still shows Trial Plan / Limited Trial Workspace and continues asking me to Unlock Hobby Plan.
I do not want to be charged a second time. Please check the payment already received and either activate the Hobby Plan using the $5 already paid, or explain exactly how the $5 credit should be applied to activate the account.
My production project is ZARI-Production and it is currently running in Railway.

The $5.00 showing on your account is the one-time trial credit that every new Railway workspace receives, not a card payment. Our billing records show no $5 charge was captured on your card - the only card activity was a small validation hold that was immediately reversed. To activate the Hobby plan ($5/month, which includes $5 of usage each cycle), subscribe from your workspace billing page using the "Unlock Hobby Plan" button, and the first invoice will be billed at the end of the billing period rather than upfront.
