We deleted a service via CLI (railway service delete) and need to know if any deployment source, build logs, or environment variable snapshot is retained on Railway's backend for it.
Project: NEURAL CAPITAL (c257dd21-0701-4ad3-b4a2-c3de5f050d83)
Environment: MNG-MARKET (bb727923-0b42-4dac-af0c-a63293daf01e)
Deleted service name: cron-mse-cli-intelligence-fanout
Deleted service ID: fb36a8c8-4ff3-4f33-bdf3-01dfa41d334b
Deleted: 2026-07-31, via CLI (railway service delete --yes)
The service ran node dist/jobs/mse-cli-intelligence-fanout.js on an hourly cron (45 * * * 1-5), deployed via railway up (CLI upload, not GitHub-connected), last deploy message "Deploy disabled bounded mse-cli intelligence fanout" ~4 days before deletion.
Question: does Railway retain any deployment source archive, build logs, or an environment variable snapshot for a deleted service that support could look up on our behalf? We need to reconstruct its exact configuration and it was never committed to git.

We don't offer data restoration for user-initiated actions like this - once a service is deleted, its deployment source, build logs, and environment variable configuration are not retained or recoverable by support.
