Hello Railway Team,
My free trial has expired, and my Node.js application and MySQL database are now offline.
Project: successful-inspiration
Service: MySQL
Volume: mysql-volume
My database contains two months of important construction business accounting transactions. The MySQL volume is still visible in the project, but the Database tab requires the deployment to be online. The Backups tab shows "No Backups."
I cannot afford to upgrade to a paid plan.
Could you please help me recover or export the existing MySQL data without payment? If possible, I would appreciate temporary read-only access or a one-time SQL export.
Please confirm whether the data is still retained and when it might be deleted.
Thank you.

Your MySQL service still has its volume attached. Its services are stopped because the trial ended without a plan being started.
We're not able to give access to services or data on a workspace that has been stopped for billing. That includes temporarily bringing the database back, giving read-only access to the volume, or running an export for you.
To get access again, start a plan from your workspace billing page. Once the subscription is active, your stopped deployments come back automatically with the existing volume mounted, and you can connect to MySQL and export the data yourself.

Thank you for responding.
I understand that my Railway trial has expired. However, my MySQL database contains two months of important construction business accounting records that I cannot recreate.
I am unable to afford a paid subscription.
Could a human Railway support representative please review my case and consider a one-time exception to export my existing MySQL data?
I am not requesting continued free hosting. I only want to recover my existing records and migrate them elsewhere.
Please also confirm how long my existing MySQL volume will be retained before any permanent deletion.
Thank you for considering my request.

We know these records matter a lot to your business. We still can't make an exception here: we don't bring services back temporarily, give read-only access to a volume, or run an export on a workspace that was stopped when its trial ended.
Right now, your MySQL service still has its volume attached. We can't give you a guaranteed retention period for it, so please don't plan around it being kept indefinitely.
The only way to get the data back is to start the Hobby plan from your workspace billing page. Once the subscription is active, your stopped deployments redeploy automatically with that volume mounted. You can then connect to MySQL, export your data, and move it wherever you like.
