Hello, I need urgent data recovery from an expired trial. My workspace is Afiliado Vendas. The project is gallant-inspiration (ID: e59118a6-1c5c-460c-84dc-6fc320504a21). The MySQL service ID is 9c09099d-e920-4a9d-bbee-898b1a2f6de9 and the volume is mysql-volume-Xnmx (ID: 86a76ba1-c1a2-415d-9d5b-724938caf94e). The MySQL service is offline after the trial expired, but the volume is still visible in the dashboard. Please provide a temporary reactivation window or a manual export of the database so I can migrate it to a new Railway account. I need to preserve users, password hashes, keys, credits, sessions, and logs. I am not requesting an upgrade or payment; I only need temporary access or an export. Your MySQL volume still has its data (about 154 MB) and remains attached to the service, so nothing has been lost. However, we aren't able to temporarily reactivate services or run database exports on behalf of users. The path to regain access is subscribing to the Hobby plan ($5/month, which includes $5 of usage) at your billing page, which will bring your services back online so you can connect and export the data yourself.
