Redeploy n8n with 'next' for prerelease versions?

Trying to edit source to get n8n prereleases tested via railway, but cant seem to find how. Any ideas how to get the n8n:next configured as source to pull?

This guy is doing it on another app, https://youtu.be/P6webSBRQ2Q?si=TFZZPKSi7Isf83Qd&t=77 but not sure how within Railway.

ideas anyone?
