Redis and Postgres in error - Redis service won't deploy, agent told me to get tech help

Question

* Issue: Redis service won't deploy, config updates don't stick

* Error: "Region us-east1 is not available" but config changes aren't persisting
* Impact: n8n workflows down, Worker/Primary crashing with Redis connection errors, Postgres will nto even deploy now
* services keep crashing, memory errors, n8n flows stopping - tried updating redis and postgres, now they are not even connected
