I've been trying to remove this component but the changes can not be applied after like 30 minutes. I tried this many times but component comes back after 30 minutes every time.
This component was connected to api-backend server earlier but as you see in the picture i disconnected the variables from api-backend component . How can we remove this component succesfully?

This was stuck on our side, nothing wrong with what you were doing.
The Redis container shut down cleanly on September 5, but a leftover process on the host kept it from being fully torn down. Each delete attempt waited on that container, timed out after about 40 minutes, and rolled the staged change back, which is why the service kept reappearing.
I've cleared it. Stage the Redis deletion again and hit Deploy, and it will apply in seconds.
