I've got a small redis instance in my project and it's currently completely failed. This happened 2 days ago as well but after redeploying it worked. Now it's stuck in Deploy->Creating Containers

my Production Redis instance is down, I've got 1650 users waiting on this unable to use a core function of my app, possibly losing revenue as we speak.
I could have made adjustments to consider this if I'd been given more time, really unhappy with this.

Same here. Hundreds of users waiting to use the services and every minute we lose revenue and potential customers that rely on fast turnaround services. It said 30 min in the email and it's been an hour now.

This is broken again Chandrika. Received the same email about "Railway maintenance underway"
I have a temporary solution coded, I reverted that temporary solution due to it being "resolved" now i've gone back to the temporary solution, can we have some assurance it is fixed before claiming it is fixed please.

Hey Joshi, we have to migrate a tiny subset of services from a specific host and for certain stateful ones, this may have caused some downtime. Really sorry but this should all be sorted now.
