I upload images to my redis server that creates jobs and sends them to my upload and bulk insert workers for some reason it is now taking for ever to upload images. for example 10 350kb images take about 3 seconds an image to be sent from my local app

Did this used to be much higher? It sounds like your network speed is the bottleneck. Railway will not throttle anything.
