I'm having trouble migrating my redis service instance to the US East region. It's stuck on "migrating scheduled backups".

The region migration for your Redis service failed at the volume migration step with the error "Volume is busy: Managing scheduled backups", meaning a scheduled backup operation was running on the volume at the time and blocked the migration. Retrying the migration should succeed once the backup cycle completes.

It changed to "Migration failed" for a while, but then I tried changing the region again and it's the same error again.

The migration failed because of an internal stall in our backup system, which held a lock on the volume that the region change needed. That fault has been fixed and the lock released, so changing the region on that service will now go through. Sorry for the disruption.
