Resolved! Apologies on that. We rolled out a patch which affected the volume rollouts (it looks like it didn't stop the instance before trying to roll it out)

Just triggered the rollout and it looks green now. Can you confirm you're good to go there?

Could you go to the service settings and change it from legacy to V2?

Yup. Looks like that was it. I'd recommend updating the runtime setting in your other redis as well

This will also offer a slew of other bonus' (faster networking/compute/etc)
