Having looked into this, the issue appears to be in your application code or configuration rather than the Railway platform itself, which puts it outside what Railway support can resolve directly.

Same issue with postgre database as well i am not being able to connect to it via railway's dashboard

Are the database services online and healthy? Are there any errors in the logs? If so, can you share them?

yes they are live and healthy . but now i am being able to connect it but for almost 20-30mins both databases were showing error on connections and i suppose others where too. but now i am being able to connect.
