How do I upgrade my instance of n8n following the recent auto-upgrade to Railway Metal, as I no longer see the "Redeployment" option for selection in Worker or Primary?

Thanks in advance.

Heya, you can redeploy from service -> deployments -> three dot menu on the active deploy to redeploy.

Hope this helps !

Could I ask a follow-up question please for guidence or recommendation. I'm a solopreneur no-code, non-admin type for Railway AI, but the platform's been fantastic and rock-solid for my n8n prototyping. Was trying to school myself up some on Railway today and wanted to inquire regarding proactively transitioning my n8n instances of Redis and Postgres over to the same US West (Cali) Metal servers n8n Worker and Primary are on. I also have a separate deplyoment of Ghost that's still on the US West GCP server. I believe that Redia and Postgres are different than Worker and Primary in that they are "stateful", and therefore may have more involved tasks for migration than simply changing the Region selection to US West Metal. Am I correct in this assumption, or is it also just that simple to consolidate these remaining three services on US West Metal? In advance, thanks very much for your assistance.

You can simply switch the region in the service settings!

Brody, you're awesome brother, thanks so much. Railway is one of the most comprehensive and easy to use enterprise platforms I've ever seen in my 25+ years in tech. Really is amazing. Would it be best for me to make that switch at the end of the workday to manage any temporary downtime in the setup and cutover?

Thank you for the kind works, we really appreciate that!

Unless you have volumes with multiple gigabytes of data, the downtime would be negligible at best.

Perfect, I'll plan to switch both Redis and Postgres over later this afternoon once I'll be out of n8n for a couple of hours. Also, really appreciate you and your super-quick responses Brody.

Hey Brody, switching my remaining services from GCP over to US West Metal (Cali) went flawlessly yesterday. You guys couldn't make this any easier. Thank you again for the guidence. One last question on this cut over in case I'm missing something, but all of my 5 servers are now on US West Metal as of yesterday PM, but when looking at the Workspace > Usage console, the Metal : GCP dialogue still shows me at only 60% when it should indicate 100% Metal (see screenshot attached). Is there an additional registration or configuration I need to do for those switched services to indicate I'm 100% on Metal now? Deployments > Settings all show Region correctly as US West Metal (Cali) in the dashboard. Thanks again!

This threshold is based on 80% of your total usage coming from Metal services, not 80% of your total number of services. Even though you've migrated all your services to Metal, the system calculates this based on accumulated usage over time.

Since you've just completed the migration, it can take up to a full billing cycle for your Metal usage to accumulate to the required 80% threshold.

Please continue using your Metal services as normal, and the message should disappear automatically once you cross the 80% usage threshold.
