Hi, someone signed up with my referral code (Cdf5df) and joined Railway via email (with password). Their first invoice number is (No.WKIMPAZB-0001).

I don’t see it show up in my referrals, even though they’ve made a payment. Can you please help?

Hello,

There is no evidence to suggest that the user signed up with your code.

Hi, is there any way I can prove this? I have access to both accounts and did the sign up process myself, by clicking on my referral link

I'm sorry, but the referral entry is missing from the workspace, which would have been added upon signup if the code had been used.

Thanks for your response, I know I did click on the link, and my suspicion is the query string got lost in the (unconventional) sign-up flow in a way I can't take responsibility for (but I assumed was accounted for on your side). Might be worth investigating to avoid repeat incidents for others. I won't push the matter further on my side.
