Hi all,
I asked this as a general question in #chit-chat a while back, but I didn't get an official response, so I am making an official inquiry. 😛
I would like to refer my friend to Railway as a new host for some of their small websites (that I previously created for them). I understand that the Railway ToS declares that there is a 1-account-per-person policy, and as we live together, I'm just a bit concerned that this may flag up on Railway's end - I don't want to put my account in bad standing.
I would be added to their workspace(s) as a contributor for projects relevant to us both (and likely them to some of mine).
Could a Railway official provide some guidance on this? My specific questions are:
- Is this okay?
- Is my referral link still valid in this case?
- If their account would ever come into bad standing because of a project unrelated to me, would this have any effect on my account, given that they'd both primarily be used from the same IP/location?
Thanks!

You and your friend are 2 different people. So, hopefully, there isn't any issues.

I don't think there is any issue in that

I appreciate your input but I require a definitive answer from the team.

- Yes, absolutely.
- Yes.
- No.
All my answers assume that they have yet to create a Railway account, be that trial or paid, if they already have created an account, then they are no longer eligible.

They've yet to - thanks for the reply!
