Refferal Link Not Giving $20 to My Referees

I run a Skool community teaching Claude Code, and I use Railway to push my automations live. I have accumulated over 100 Railway signups through my referral link.
The problem is, people who use my link are claiming they don't get the $20 free credits. Instead, they start with $5.

Users need to subscribe to a paid plan to receive the referral credits.

I just opened an account using a referral link and I can confirm that I didn't receive the $20 credits.
