As mentioned in my original message, I was mistakenly charged $111 instead of the regular $5 for my monthly railway subscription. I requested a refund of the overcharged amount ($106) but have not received any response or update. It has now been 9 days, and I would appreciate confirmation that my request is being reviewed.

if you used more than $5 worth of usage, then it will cost more than $5
but when the usage reached 5$ it stops deployment like the previous subscriptions that ive used, idk how its any different that it reached 111$

it just charges based of UBB, esp without any limits set, your own /workspace/usage tells you how much youve used or an estimate

I've been charged $1.40 about 8 times tonight and it keeps saying my card doesn't support the kind of paymnt. I can't find anywhere to reach out to their support team. It my first attempt to use their service and I regret it. I'll never try this again
