I hope this message finds you well. I would like to report a concerning issue that occurred with my account recently.
Last Friday, when paying for the server, I noticed that a $20 amount was deducted from my team plan. However, upon subsequently deleting the team to reconfigure settings, I realized that the deducted amount was not refunded to my account. This situation left me puzzled, as I expected the amount to be reimbursed after deleting the team.
Furthermore, today I noticed that another $20 was withdrawn from my account, although I have subscribed to the Hobby plan. Adding the $20 from Friday to today's deduction, this totals $40 that has been wrongfully withdrawn from my account, without any apparent justification. Considering also the $5 for the Hobby plan, the total reaches $42.
I would urgently request an analysis of this situation and a response regarding the incorrectly deducted amounts. Would it be possible to issue a refund for the $40 wrongfully deducted? I am using Railway's services with great trust and satisfaction, and I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
