Hi. I’ve two workspaces. I accidentally upgraded one to Pro, cancelled immediately, and then upgraded the other. I see only one receipt in my inbox, but I was wondering whether in this case I will pay the $20 fee twice.

The refunded would have been done as credits.

It would have automatically been done immediately on downgrade.
The weird/suspicious thing is, I don’t even see a charge on that workspace (with the accidental upgrade then cancel), even though I see “Your Pro plan will expire on September 3”

What is the workspace in question here?
It’s called shxkm’s Projects. That’s the one I subbed on and then cancelled. Sorry, I couldn’t find the workspace ID.

You canceled it instead of downgrading, so instead of an immediate refund, the cancellation was scheduled for September 3rd. I have gone ahead and canceled the plan, and refunded the $20 back into Railway credits.
