Hey, I asked the team about this and it appears it is possible to request a refund for a deleted account

You'll have to send an email to billing@railway.com containing the following:

  • Reason why you're requesting the refund

  • The invoice, in PDF format, that you'd like to have refunded

Also make sure you email Railway from the same email that was associated with that Railway account
