Refund Request - Persistent 503 Service Unavailable / Deployment Crashes

Hello,

I am requesting a full refund of my credits. For the past two days, my service "evolution-api" in the "adequate-vision" project has been completely unusable, returning a persistent "503 Service Unavailable" error.

I have tried several redeploys, but the system remains offline despite the status showing as "Completed". My logs show constant deployment crashes. This has caused me a loss of time and credits without any functional service being delivered.

Your "evolution-api" service has no runtime logs, which indicates it is not running or producing output. You can request a refund for eligible invoices directly from Workspace Settings > Billing under "Billing History" - if a refund button appears next to the invoice, you can submit the request there.
