Hello,
I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase.
I subscribed solely to use the service with Evolution API for WhatsApp integration. However, the service blocks WhatsApp connections, making it completely unusable for my intended purpose. Since this was the only reason I purchased it, the product does not meet the basic functionality I paid for.
It has been less than 24 hours since my purchase, so I am requesting an immediate refund.
Please let me know how to proceed.
