Refund since I was charged mote than expected

Hi, so I'm from Argentina. I just paid 10 dollars to use the subscription with an specific card that was supposed to use USD, but it made a currency exchange and I ended up spending 14 USD instead of 10.
I can send screens if needed.
I know this is not an issue with railway itself but I cannot afford this now or in the future knowing that I'm gonna spend more than I was expecting. I hope that you can understand.
